My first artistic direction was to become an illustrator for graphic novels. Navigating this career path in a fine art
undergraduate program led me away from working with pen and ink and instead working with a stylus and Photoshop.
Over four years I worked on a title called 'Ascent for Survival' and developed the skills to tell a story with art, work
with a team, and finished a large project with a deadline. Some of the other work shown here are personal projects I took up during and after my time working on Ascent for Survival utilizing the skills I developed. I have moved onto using Illustrator primarily for my digital work, although I still enjoy testing out new programs and learning new skills.
